… in businesses built from the heart — and scaled from the soul (because that’s the only real way to create lasting transformation in yourself, your industry, and your world).
… that success is a habit, and our routines are the small-but-mighty steps that have the power to shape our lives and futures.
… that we owe it to ourselves to explore the deepest part of our humanity and our planet, and always keep one eye open for the next adventure.
… that you and I are more alike than you might realize.
I’m so happy you’re here in my virtual home.
… I also know you might be wondering how all this came to be.
So, here’s my story.
About 10 years ago, a drive in The Czech Republic changed everything.
I was in my early twenties, traveling across Europe alone, and motivated by two powerful truths:
- I wanted to explore as much of the world as possible (I’ve been to 100 countries since), but as a pilgrim — not a tourist. I wanted to wander off the beaten path, get lost on purpose, deeply connect with people, and soak up all the hidden, beautiful truths and stories I could find.
- I knew deep in my bones I wanted to be an entrepreneur (and a teacher/speaker/astronaut) even though people around me were trying to fit me in a box.
I was determined, but still struggling with doubt. Everyone’s telling me to send out resumés, to do it “by the book”. Could I really build a business, and live life on my terms?
I thought about all of this as I drove down the highway, listening to a track by DJ David Guetta called “The World is Mine.” As I looked out the window, I spotted a giant globe with the words, “The World is Yours.”
And I took that as a sign from the universe to soldier on no matter what.
If there’s one thing I’ve learned over the years: when a sign shows up for you, you’d better show up for it. And show up I did.
Since that day, I have…

…Uprooted my whole life in Canada to move our headquarters to Los Angeles, and begin a whole new chapter.
…Rethought what it really means to take on the world.
…. Which brings us to the here and now.
However, at this part of our story, I want to be completely up-front about something:
None of this happened because I’m “special” or “unique”.
I can’t tell you I went from flat broke to a millionaire in under 12 months — because I didn’t. (And if that’s the dream you’re chasing, I encourage you to ask yourself: is that what you’re really after?)
I don’t have a gut-wrenching story of receiving a life-changing diagnosis or coming face to face with my own mortality and then radically changing my life.
My “rock bottoms” have been painful, but I’ve persevered.
I don’t have a “secret sauce”.
So, here’s the truth, and I hope you hear it with your whole heart:
I slowly built a million-dollar business from nothing with one simple technique:
I figured it out, one consistent step, habit, and idea at a time.
I worked through the failures and successes, the launches, the burnout, to create an online home that over a million entrepreneurs and soon-to-be-business owners have visited.
I also subscribe to the philosophy that the best teachers always see themselves as students first. So, when I’m not working on my business, I’m working on myself. I’ve studied meditation with amazing teachers around the world, completed levels 1 and 2 of EFT, completed a Neuro Strategist Certification, and taken courses on everything from herbology to the future of marketing.
Everything I learn — whether from a Shaman in Peru, a high-level training in a classroom, or from the remarkable Conquer Academy students in Tanzania — I pour right back into my business, blog, show, books, The Conquer Club Incubator, and everything else I’m working on.
That’s why I’m choosing to be open about every step of the journey; to step out of the perfectly-polished studios I once used, away from the hair and makeup team, and into realness.
Translation? I’m here to take you behind the scenes and show you what I’m doing, when, and why in my business and life.
That means I’ll be trying experiments in new habits and routines with you (not just work-related, but related to everything that makes up our lives; including our wellness, creativity, love, fear, doubt, and more) to get you out of passively reading a blog and watching videos, and into action.
It’s going to be a hell of a ride, and I hope you’re as excited about it as I am.
Let’s dig into the 6 guiding principles that have led my journey — and helped me go from a 20-year-old building a dream while living at her parent’s house, to CEO of my own little empire:
Embrace the adventure of evolution over everything,
with one eye on your next step — and don’t be afraid to push past your limits to rise to your full potential.
Routines and rituals are the building blocks of business, health, happiness, success,
and everything in between. Develop those that serve you.
Be willing to experiment.
To play. To try new things and step out of your box, and forgo looking “perfect” to create rich, raw, and real experiences that can transform your life and the world.
Personal growth and business growth go hand in hand.
Your life and work are vessels for each other, and neither can thrive if you’re burned out, or anxious, or isolated, or neglecting your bliss.
Trust that things are always unfolding as they should.
Have faith that you’re exactly where you need to be, in this exact second. Surrender, surrender, and surrender some more.
Get outside of your comfort zone.
Play to your edge. Have the difficult conversations. Go through the pain to get to your next level. The caterpillar liquefies in order to be reborn a butterfly.
So. The only question I have now is:
Are you ready to take your next step — and join me on this journey?
To create a wildly fulfilling, adventurous, out-of-this-world life and business?
It would be my honor to walk alongside you.
Even if I’m a few steps ahead of you — we’re in this together, hand in hand.
If you’re ready to take on the world — there might be a few habits holding you back.

This is the moment that can change everything.
Can you feel it?
Are you ready?
